    Vegan Mexican Thanksgiving

    Prepare a Mexican-style Thanksgiving feast that is 100% vegan. As a Mexican living in the US I like to add Mexican dishes to my Thanksgiving dinner. With dishes like tamales, menudo, pozole, and sweet potato empanadas.

    You could also add a Mexican twist to the traditional dishes like this chorizo chestnut stuffing or this stuffed acorn squash topped with pipian. But perhaps the most iconic dish for Mexican Thanksgiving is Mole Poblano.

    Whether you're Mexican or love Mexican food I encourage you to do a little Mexican American fusion this Thanksgiving.
