    Mexican lent recipes

    Mexico has a great tradition of regional recipes that are only eaten during Lent. Mexican lent recipes are usually seafood based, but in our case, we are making them all vegan. No dairy, meat, or cheese!

    But don't worry the flavor and the tradition is still there, you should try this Sopa de Lentejas, these vegan tortitas de camaron, and this vegan chile relleno.

    You can't forget the famous capirotada!!
