5-Minute Salsa

Have you ever found that you are making dinner and you realize you don't have salsa? In a Mexican household this could almost be considered a sin. This is where this salsa comes in. It takes 5 minutes to make, no really, 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes roma
  • 1 Serrano peppers

Instructions

  • Grate the tomatoes, using the large holes on your grater, into a bowl.
  • Grate the serranos into the same bowl using the small holes in the grater. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

To increase spiciness, add more serranos. You can also grate some garlic in there, add cilantro, or get creative and add as many ingredients as you like.
