2cans (15 oz.)Chickpeascanned
2Garliccloves
3tbsp.Tahini
3tbsp.Lemon juicefresh
3tbsp.Water
1Red bell pepperroasted, peeled
1Chipotle in adobooptional

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
Process until smooth.
Notes
Sprinkle some paprika on top of the hummus for color. For a smoother hummus you can remove the outer skin of the chickpeas before putting them in the food processor.
